We try our best to get as close to the size you have requested however your price at pick up will reflect actually size you was given. We require 48 hours to cancel  in order to receive refund of deposit.

All orders must be picked up on the day you have choosen so please double check the date before you place order. Your order will not be done before this date.  We give you until 48 hours after pick up date and then assume you no longer want this item and sell it. ( your deposit will not be refunded). If your pick up day is close to closing for a holiday the last day of our opening before that holiday we will call and if no answer twice , we will sell the item due to meat not having a long shelf life.
